3. App Content & Audience

Clearly define the app’s purpose for students, parents, and schools.
Use the correct target age group when submitting to app stores.
Avoid non-educational features unless part of a broader school ecosystem.

4. How to Delete the Account from the App

To remove a account from the App, the user must first contact the school and obtain the child's Transfer Certificate.
Once the certificate is issued, the school will initiate the account removal process from the App.

5. Account Removal and Data Retention Policy

When a student's account is removed from the education app—typically following the issuance of a Transfer Certificate—the following data handling procedures apply:
- Data Deletion from the App:
  - Upon account removal, all student-related data is permanently deleted from the app.
  - This includes personal information, academic records, login credentials, attendance, assignments, and communication history.
- Data Retention by the School:
  - No data is retained within the app after account deletion.
  - All relevant records are securely archived and maintained by the school, in accordance with their internal policies and applicable regulations.
  - Any future requests related to the student's data must be directed to the school administration.
